MarketVision Playbook Partner Program Agreement

1. Program Overview

The MarketVision Playbook Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Partners,” “you”) to earn commissions by referring customers to MarketVision Playbook sold by CRWNS Capital (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By joining the Program, you agree to the following terms.

Participation in the Program is by invitation and approval only.

2. Commission & Payment Terms

Commission Rate: 30% per completed sale of the MarketVision Playbook only. No other products are commissionable under this agreement.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly on or before the 15th of the following month for eligible cleared transactions from the previous calendar month.

Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer to the account you provide. Partner is responsible for ensuring accurate payment information is provided.

Minimum Payout: There is no minimum payout threshold. Partners are paid monthly on cleared transactions.

CRWNS Capital reserves the right to withhold or delay payment in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or suspicious activity pending investigation.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Commission is earned only on transactions that remain cleared and free of dispute through the payout date.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud-related reversal occurs, the associated commission will be deducted from the Partner’s balance. If commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from future payouts.

CRWNS Capital reserves the right to revoke access to the MarketVision Playbook immediately upon dispute initiation.

4. All Sales Are Final

The MarketVision Playbook is a digital product delivered instantly. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are provided.

5. Partner Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

  1. Promote MarketVision Playbook in a truthful, ethical manner.
  2. Avoid any misleading claims or false promises (especially about income potential).
  3. Clearly disclose your partner relationship in all promotions, in compliance with FTC guidelines.
  4. Not use spam, unsolicited messages, or paid ads targeting our brand name (“MarketVision,” “MarketVision Playbook,” etc.) without written permission.
  5. Not distribute any altered versions of our logos, graphics, or product materials without approval.
  6. Partner is responsible for ensuring they have permission to promote in any community or platform in which they operate, and Partner agrees that CRWNS Capital is not responsible for any disputes, moderation actions, or conflicts arising within third-party platforms.
  7. Partner agrees not to represent MarketVision Playbook as a signal service, financial advisory service, or guaranteed income opportunity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partner account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate any terms of this agreement.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or misuse of your partner link.
  • Damage our brand reputation.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions for eligible cleared transactions made prior to termination will be paid according to the schedule above.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost earnings, or other damages related to your participation in the Program.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. If we do, we will post the updated version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued participation in the Program after changes means you accept the revised terms.
