Working with a Wellness Company to move their data from Booker to Square. Client had over 5 years of data logged into the Booker platform. The assignment included:
- Setup Contracts
- Setup Teams
- Setup Contacts and Customer Directory
- Setup Services, Events and Appointments
This setup allowed the customer to have communication with their team, take payments and organize their business offerings in a way that is more flexible and meets the business' needs as the company's owner prepares to scale back and bring on more team members.
WINS
- Able to remove the need to use Google Sheets to maintain appointment and contact information. Everything is now consolidated into Square.
- Able to communicate with team more efficiently. Can now send company announcements via Square Teams for clear and transparent communication.
- Can allow team members to set their own availability
- Can conduct checkouts using Square terminal or Square mobile, making it easier to conduct off-site workshops and classes.
